Please take the time to read through the information.  California is thinking about banning this chemical in our plastics, but has not yet signed the legislation.  This chemical has recently been banned in Canada.
Plastics to avoid have the recycle symbol 3, 6 or 7

Plastics to only use once or twice have the recycle symbol 1 or 2

Plastics that are safe to use have the recycle symbol 4 or 5
